Ultraviolet Sterilization System’s Function and Models

Our engineers have designed different sterilization systems for different water. The scientific designs provide the wide choices to our clients. The sterilizers use UV luminous tube produced by the world famous manufacturer, good quartz socket tube and advanced technology to ensure the products quality. Different models are available for different purposes, like clean water and sewage disinfection, small quantity water to large quantity water (as much as 400 tons per hour) disinfection. All clients can find what they want.

The equipments of UV sterilization system includes:

1.	Frame: open gravity type and pressure container type, uses 304 or 316 stainless iron structure. The inside of the pressure container is polished to increase the disinfection efficiency.
2.	UV luminous tube: the efficient UV luminous tube is the core component of the sterilization system. Its life-span can reach 10,000 hours.
3.	Ballast: It can keep the luminous tube in the best working condition. It can also adjust the UV light’s intensity by LH and MH according to the water quality to ensure the stable output.
4.	Quartz socket tube: it’s made of the pure, high-penetrating and high-temperature resistance oxyhydrogen material. It applies to mercury and other quartz lights. Above 90% UV C penetration is guaranteed.
5.	Power control system: on-line control, light tube working status display, system breakdown and low UV alarm.
6.	UV intensity monitoring device: it shows the UV strength alternation index and to remind the operator to change the light tube or clean the quartz socket tube.
7.	Cleansing devices: It’s necessary to keep the quartz socket tube to keep the system efficiency. Automatic and manual cleansing devices are available.
8.	Other accessories: sealing ring, flow detector, water controller etc.

	Equipments maintenance includes cleansing the quartz socket tube once three months and yearly change of UV light tube (for water sterilization system). The recommended cycle of the changing UV light is 8,000-9,000 hours (about continuous use of 12 months). The ballast must be changed once three years.
