After the grille and aerated grit chamber treatment, big grains in the waste water are eliminated. In the anaerobic reaction balance, the organic substance which is hard to be degraded is turn into the organic acid of small molecule under the anaerobic reaction. Simultaneously, the denitrification and dephosphorization are also done. In the oxidation channel, the organic substance in the waste water will be further degraded.

The technology uses the advanced floating stuffing. It makes full use of the absorption and the degradation of the organisms to degrade the organic substance. In the sedimentation basin, the backflow of partial mud ensure the enough germs in the aerobiotic basin. The partial mud that flows back to the anaerobic reaction balance will be discharged periodically.
